Empfehlenswert! Es ist eine gemütliche Unterkunft mit mittlerem Standard, alles war ganz fein, nur beim Bad darf man keine hohen Ansprüche haben. Das Frühstück ist unglaublich gut und die Zeit kann immer selbst gewählt werden, mit toller Aussicht kann man es am Morgen auf der "Rooftop" Terrasse genießen. Die Aussicht von den Zimmer ist zauberhaft und man blickt direkt auf den Ella Rock.

Kleines Gasthaus mit toller Aussicht. Wir haben im deluxe Doppelzimmer übernachtet. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sehr gemütlich. Auf dem Balkon lässt sich die Aussicht auf den Ella Rock genießen. Sensationelles Frühstück.

There are multiple listings (Felicity Inn, Moonshine, Ridge View) which are the same rooms but for different prices. Also a long walk from the centre and the wifi isn't great.

The location is amazing. Also the host is super friendly. However, the cleanlineness is too low. It looks like the bath had been cleaned with the water hose only. You can also see that the room got old without refreshing over the year. The besding was dirthe like blut stains on the pillows. It is a pitty to see that some things are treated as one time invest rather than growing sustainable business.

Absolutely nothing bad to say! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! This stay created a wonderful experience for us in Ella! We made the huge mistake of only booking one night and they had sold out when we wanted to extend. Beautiful views, 15 minutes walk into town, amazing hosts that will go out of their way to take care of you, no pushy tactics as we experienced in other places. Comfortable and clean rooms, beautiful balcony, and so much wildlife and animals including the cutest little kittens. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We stayed here for two nights. I wasn't really sure if we would like this place when I booked it online. But everything changed after meeting the owner Lasantha. The room isn't anything ultra luxurious, but has a big comfortable bed with soft sheets, a mosquito net, and a pedestal fan. The colors were a bit tacky and not to my taste. There is an attached bathroom with running hot water. The place provides an amazing view of the Ella rock, and is situated about 2 km from the center of the city. It is also about 2 km from the popular trekking spot Little Adam's peak. My favorite moment from here was to laze off on the bean bag admiring the view of the Ella rock during sunset and sunrise. Lasantha's service won our hearts. The rooms don't have intercom, but there is wifi, and he is promptly available for anything. The breakfast was authentic Sri lankan Hoppers with coconut sambal, stuffed crepes, cut fruits, and tea/coffee. We were also served rotis for the second day. If you are looking for a room with a good value for money, but nothing fancy, this is your place to be.

Peaceful, quaint small family hotel with direct views to Ella Peak. Staff very courteous. Best roti for breakfast, full of flavour, large and warm to accompany dahl and sambol. Easy walk to Ella town and Little Adams Peak. Excellent value
